CCAS is a multi-user accounting software you can add as many users as you need to access the software. Each action is stamped with a username of the person who preformed the action as well as a time and date stamp for when the action was done, which allows for easy tracking changes done to the software.
Adding, updating, and deleting accounts has become very flexible and extensible. New accounts can always be added at any point while CCAS is running. Accounts can be grouped under accounting groups which are also flexible and allow for extension at any point of time.
CCAS provides 2 levels of categorization of accounts by allowing the users to define sub accounts under each account, which gives you more flexibility to keep track of more data more clearly, in addition to availability of details for each accounting transaction performed.
All standard basic accounting reports such as Accounts History, Sub Accounts History, Trial balance, Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Depreciation Report, Accounts Classifications, and JV Classifications can be produced from CCAS.
All the reports can be generated with date range filtering as well as some custom parameters to each report.
Vouchers and receipt can also be printed for transactions and can be customized for each corporation to have it's own look and feel.
